  Worst experience with their customer service. If I could give negative stars I would. Tried to do a return without a receipt and thought the website was correct that a purchase over $25 would be given in-store gift cards. The lady says no that it is not correct, they only do under $25 returns without receipt. I question her and tell her what it says on the website. She calls the manager. After waiting for the manager she’s very rude in the beginning like she doesn’t want to be there. She tells me the same thing, I then ask about why it says I can do it on the website. She keeps being very rude and says it is their specific store policy. That is fine, I understand that now. But they could have been nicer and more professional about the whole thing. Will not return here.

  The employees at this store seem bothered when you ask them a question. I was looking for a chair and asked one of the 3 employees in electronics. They called someone to the furniture section, which was 10 feet away. I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come. I don't know if it's Wal-Mart policy or not but if there are 3 employees standing in electronics talking amongst themselves, one should have helped me. The employee that did basically was no use and seemed angry that I asked her if they had a particular product. The store was dirty and there were so many out of stocks. This was not a good store
