  “December 17 around 5pm” Jessica customer service was absolutely trash, she treated me as if I was a pesent! It honestly seemed as if she didn’t know how to smile, and as if she didn’t wanna be there! Then the coworker of her’s with the glasses who does the balloons kept charging me for different things not letting me know in advance whats the extra fees and didn’t even ask me if I wanted helium or not for my balloons just gave me regular ol air! She kept mentioning all these different things cost extra for instance a garbage bag to put over my balloons, a new holder for my balloons she even didn’t wanna put a bag over my balloons because she said she struggled last time with a past customers balloons! I wish I knew her name but she failed to wear a name tag! Definetly calling corporate tommorow!!
